Diagnosis
Vertex with strong small meshed reticulation; scape wide, 2.6X as long as wide, with widest part below middle of scape; propodeum with strong irregular sculpture and carinae medially; head and mesosoma yellowish-brown; mesoscutum with strong small meshed reticulation, with two shiny spots behind two setae on midlobe of mesoscutum; scutellum with strong small meshed reticulation; ratio FM/HM = 1.6; fore wing with two admarginal setae.

Costa Rica, Mexico.
Biology
From a gall midge (Diptera: Cecidomyiidae) leaf gall on Smilax (Smilacaceae).
